ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITORS
DESCRIPTION:
The electrolytic polarized capacitors are made of etched aluminium
foil and sealed in aluminium cans covered by a PVC heat-shrink
protective sleeve. The long-life
expectancy is ensured by the use of a special eco-electrolyte substance.
The Al. case is insulated from the inner elements and is not
used as negative pole.
The capacitors are provided with a fail-safe device for electrical overloads.
The Climatic category is 25/070/56. The capacitors are able to supply high
and fast charge and there is minimal change in the parameters of electrolyte
during its life time.
The capacitors are available with two different terminations:
- with SNAP-IN
- with SOLDERING LUGS
APPLICATIONS:
- for general use in Input/ Output stages, power supplies and
filters
- great for HI-FI industry
SPECIAL FEATURES:
Compared to the simple single strip-lead construction off the Al-Foil winding,
as used by all others manufacturers, this capacitor has a unique system of
double strip-leads to include the anode electrode winding. This method allows
very fast discharge of power. Thus the cathode electrode has a short-connection
at the base of the winding. This attribute is very important in HI-FI applications.
